Rates are going up

Rates are on the move.  They are still incredibly low, but you are going to want to lock it in as soon as possible!  Economist and Wallstreet brokers think our economy is on the smooth road upward...but we still have a boat load of foreclosures coming onto the market and consumer spending is not what it used to be...So go buy a house and then go shopping!!  We'll make it out of this soon.
